  • When will I receive my order?

We strive for same day dispatch (where possible). Depending on your order we use all the main carriers such as Hermes, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail to make sure our orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Once the parcels are within their delivery network we are no longer responsible for their delivery schedules. If you do not receive your order on time, please send us an enquiry via our contact us page.

  • Can I return an item? 

Yes, we accept returns on the basis that the product is undamaged and unpackaged and is able to be sold again. For more information on how to make a return, view our refund policy.

  • Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed? 

Yes of course. If you need to change your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the greater chance you have of being able to amend your order. However, once we have posted your order, you will not be able to amend your order.

  • I have an allergy, how to do I know if you're products are safe for me to use? 

If you have an allergy and would like to purchase one of our products, please get in contact with us via the contact us page, and we will happily assist in providing you with further details.
